First Blog

Hi, welcome to my blog. This blog was set up for my Data Structures class at SMU. I am a CS student who enjoys reading, learning, and just keeping up with technology. It amazes me everyday how something that was created yesterday is old today. We rely on technological advances to make our lives simpler and more productive. Could you imagine what the world would be like today if the internet was never created? First off, I wouldn't be writing this blog that you are reading. The internet is one of the greatest discoveries since the toaster. Without the internet, we would still be stuck in the Stone Ages. I mean you can do a search for anything, and within seconds you are bombarded with hundreds of different pages of information on the search you made. Information at the speed of sound! The internet has become our way of life. From email to paying our bills, the internet makes life so much easier, but with such a great idea comes good and bad. What are some of your thoughts on the internet? This blog is open for discussion on computer science related issues. Throughout the next few weeks I will be coming up with some topics for discussion on new technologies that are up and coming.
